Rachel is a sustainability professional, adept in the design and implementation of best-practice-aligned sustainability strategies and programming, across project lifecycles. With over 25 years of living in Francophone Africa, Rachel is a regional specialist with extensive practical field experience in the social, administrative,  management, regulatory, governmental and labour relations themes that arise in the development and operation of African mining, energy  and infrastructure projects.

In addition to her extensive industry experience, Rachel has also managed numerous community, humanitarian and development projects in the Democratic Republic of Congo and Burkina Faso.

Rachel has an MSc in International Development Management from the Open University, UK, and is based in Abidjan, Cote d’Ivoire.
